Terms of Use
Effective date: September 25, 2026
These terms cover your use of revenuelooplabs.com, operated by Revenue Loop Labs, LLC (“we,” “us”), and your purchase of a Clarity Map. By using the site or booking a Clarity Map, you agree to them. Larger engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
The site
The content on this site is ours or licensed to us. You can read it and share links to it. Please don’t copy, republish or reverse-engineer it without asking. We may change or remove content at any time.
The Clarity Map
What it is. A 90-minute working session with our founder, prepared using your intake answers and publicly available information about your business, followed by a written summary of findings and suggested actions, delivered within two business days after the session.
What it isn’t. It’s business advice based on what you tell us and what we can see. It is not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for decisions you make with it.
Price and payment. $499, paid at booking through our scheduling and payment provider. It is credited in full toward your next engagement with us.
Rescheduling and cancellation. You can reschedule free up to 48 hours before your session. If you cancel more than 48 hours before, we’ll refund you in full. Inside 48 hours there is no refund, and you get one free reschedule.
If we cancel. If we have to cancel and can’t reschedule to a time that works for you, we’ll refund you in full.
Honesty clause. We’ll tell you what we actually think, including if we don’t believe we’re the right next step for you. The Clarity Map fee covers the session and the written summary; it does not obligate either of us to anything further.
Confidentiality
We’ll keep what you tell us in the Clarity Map confidential and won’t share it outside our team and the service providers we use to do the work, except as required by law. We may describe our work in general terms without identifying you unless you agree.
Your responsibilities
You’ll give us accurate information and have the authority to share what you share.
Limits on our liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the site or a Clarity Map is limited to the amount you paid us, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
Changes
We’ll post changes here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
