Revenue Loop Labs, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us”), operates revenuelooplabs.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you book a Clarity Map or a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, company name, and your answers to the intake questions. When you pay, our payment processor collects your payment details; we do not store card numbers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site’s host (Vercel) records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits: the pages viewed, the referring site, your approximate location (country), and your device, browser and operating system type. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other sites. We don’t use advertising cookies. The booking calendars on our site are provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies. Videos on our site are hosted by YouTube and load only when you press play; YouTube may then set its own cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work as well.
Information from research. Before a Clarity Map or engagement, we may look up publicly available information about you and your company (your website, LinkedIn, press) to prepare. We don’t buy personal data.
How we use it
- To deliver what you booked: schedule the call, prepare the agenda, write your action plan, and follow up.
- To understand you and tailor any follow-up. From your answers we make internal notes about the challenges you describe and how you seem to approach your business. These notes are for our own preparation and are never shown publicly. We don’t use them to make any decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
- To run our business: invoicing, records, and improving our services.
- To contact you about your booking, and, if you agree, about things we think you’d find useful. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate: scheduling and payment (Calendly, Stripe), website hosting and analytics (Vercel), our workspace and email tools (Notion, Google Workspace), and AI tools we use to prepare for and document our work. Each is bound to use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to provide the service and for our business records, then we delete or anonymize it. If you’d like your information deleted sooner, ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@revenuelooplabs.com. If you’re in a jurisdiction that gives you additional rights (California, the EU, the UK and others), we’ll honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We’ll post any changes here with a new effective date.
