Where Jamie was

A waitlist of seven hundred people for one-on-one work. A calendar that was the ceiling on the business and, increasingly, on her health. She teaches people how to care for their nervous systems, and she was running hers into the ground to keep up.

What we decoded

The impact she wanted couldn’t come one hour at a time. An online offering was the answer (it took convincing; she says so on tape), and it only worked because it was never pitched as a funnel. We walked every possible path with her, in her language, and kept only the one that stayed in integrity with how she works. She chose it because she believed in it.

What changed

• One clear path out, with the steps laid out plainly enough that she believed she could take them.
• The course, built by her team from that plan. She hired the right people to do it.
• A team of eight around her, where before there had been one of her.

What runs without her now

• Group facilitation that reaches hundreds of people in the time one-on-one reached a handful
• Enough revenue that she could step back from one-on-one work entirely for a stretch, take a working sabbatical, and come back facilitating in a way that lasts
